The challenge

What we did

We built a platform that orchestrates the full admissions journey: agents submit and track applications, commissions are calculated and surfaced transparently, and automated guardrails keep submissions compliant. Document verification workflows and partner onboarding tools mean new agents can be enabled quickly without sacrificing oversight.

The outcome

Official Global Partner now runs agent-to-university recruitment on a single system, with admissions, commission transparency, and compliance built in rather than chased after email. Onboarding new partners is a guided flow instead of a manual scramble.
