EMIS

The challenge

Kathmandu University School of Education, one of the country's leading education faculties, managed student records, academic performance, and institutional reporting across disconnected tools and spreadsheets. Leadership lacked a single, reliable view of their own data, and routine reporting was slow and manual.

What we did

We built EMIS, an Education Management Information System, as one platform for the school. Student records, academic performance tracking, and institutional analytics live in a single system, with role-based access so faculty, administrators, and leadership each see exactly what they should. Reporting and export were designed to turn data that used to take hours to compile into a few clicks.

The outcome

KUSOED now operates on a unified EMIS instead of scattered spreadsheets: a single source of truth for student and institutional data, role-appropriate access across the school, and reporting that supports decisions rather than slowing them down.
