The EK ERP browser extension, published by EK Ra Sunya Inc., is a companion to the EK ERP web app. It talks only to the EK ERP API (api.ekerp.cloud) and to no other service. Our general Privacy Policy also applies.
1. What it handles
- Account: your name, email and organisation, to show who is signed in.
- Sign-in: if you are signed in to EK ERP in this browser, the extension uses that session through the browser's cookies and does not copy them. If you sign in in the extension, its session tokens are kept in the browser's extension storage on this device.
- Location: your device location is read and sent to EK ERP only when you press Check in or Check out, so your organisation's attendance rules can be applied. It is not tracked in the background.
- Notifications, calendar and chat: read from and sent to EK ERP so you can see and reply to them. Chat messages you send are stored by EK ERP as in the web app.
2. What it does not do
- No analytics, advertising or tracking.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties. Data goes only to EK ERP, which your organisation uses under its own agreement with EK Ra Sunya Inc.
- No browsing history or page content is read.
3. Your control
Sign out from the extension's account menu to remove the session from this device. Removing the extension deletes its stored data. Your EK ERP data is managed by your organisation: contact them or EK Ra Sunya Inc. to access or delete it.
